We are constantly looking to expand our organization with talent and people who care about the issues we are supporting. All members of Inventing for Humanity will be given an official Workspace account, consisting of an email and other Google Suite tools in order to facilitate official communication.

Website Administrator

We are seeking a motivated website administrator in order to take over responsibility for the Inventing for Humanity website. The website is currently managed by one of the Directors. You will work with him in order to understand how the website was built, the intent behind it, and eventually take over responsibility for it.

In order to be successful, you must have experience with WordPress, and align with the values of Inventing for Humanity. Future responsibility include such actions as website optimization, content additions, and other website changes as necessary.

This is currently an unpaid position, with an anticipated opportunity for pay as the organization expands.
Computer Scientist

Inventing for Humnity is seeking a computer scientist or programmer to assist with streamlining and improving programs written for our solutions. Inventing for Humanity designs solutions from the ground up for disadvantaged people around the world. In order to ensure affordability, and to ensure that systems delivered to the field behave as designed, custom electronics are used. Currently all systems are run uing arduino’s. We are seeking a programmer(s) to join our team and assist with the improvement of existing codes, and creation of new codes as we develop new solutions.

Bookkeeper

Inventing for Humanity is seeking a bookkeeper in order to manage our accounting, and ensure that we are following proper accounting principles. This position will utilize the existing QuickBooks Online accounts in order to manage expenses. Additionally, this individual will be relied upon to keep track of important business and filing dates.

Outreach Coordinator

Inventing for Humanity is seeking several outreach coordinators to support efforts to expand awareness of our efforts and the solutions we deliver. We provide services that no other non-profit does, because we design our own solutions. Help us educate the communities around you by becoming an outreach coordinator. We will arm you with the resources you need to be effective, giving you a system to demonstrate and assist with expanding the organization. We are constantly seeking outreach coordinators for local communities.

This is an unpaid position, with an opportunity to have certain travel related expenses covered.
Communications Manager

We are looking for an inspiring individual(s) to manage communications for Inventing for Humanity. This will include email campaigns, social media posts, Youtube videos, and other forms of communication. This individual will have the opportunity to travel and work with others within the organization in order to ensure that Inventing for Humanity is delivering the correct message. Examples of projects that this individual will get to lead include the creation of a brand guide.
